Each gram of cream contains Clotrimazole USP 10 mg.
 
                                                Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal. It also exhibits activity against Trichomonas, Staphylococci, Streptococci, and Bacteroides.
 
                                                The confirmed indications for Triderm® include:
All dermatomycoses caused by dermatophytes (e.g., Trichophyton species).
All dermatomycoses caused by yeasts (Candida species).
Dermatomycoses caused by molds and other fungi.
Skin diseases with superinfections caused by these fungi.
Examples of dermatomycoses under these categories include interdigital mycoses (e.g., athlete’s foot), paronychias (associated with nail mycoses), mycoses in skin folds, Candida vulvitis, Candida balanitis, pityriasis versicolor, and erythrasma.
 
                                                Apply sparingly to the affected areas 2–3 times daily and rub in gently. Triderm® should be applied to clean and dry skin.
 
                                                Dermatomycoses: 3–4 weeks
Candida vulvitis and Candida balanitis: 1–2 weeks
Erythrasma and pityriasis versicolor: 3 weeks
Fungal infections of the feet: To prevent relapse, treatment should continue for about 2 weeks beyond the disappearance of all symptoms.
 
                                                Hypersensitivity to clotrimazole.
 
                                                When applied topically, clotrimazole cream is well tolerated. Systemic effects are not observed with external application. However, in rare cases, local irritation, erythema, pruritus, urticaria, or a burning sensation may occur. These symptoms are not considered harmful.
 
                                                Clotrimazole should be used during pregnancy only if deemed necessary by a physician.
 
                                                Store between 15°C and 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
