Sangril®: Each film-coated tablet contains Diosmin micronized BP 450 mg and Hesperidin micronized INN 50 mg.
 
                                                Sangril® is indicated for the treatment of venous diseases, including chronic venous disease and hemorrhoidal disease.
 
                                                Chronic venous disease: 2 tablets daily
Hemorrhoidal disease:
Acute hemorrhoidal attacks: 6 tablets daily for 4 days, followed by 4 tablets daily for 3 days
Chronic hemorrhoids: 2 tablets daily
 
                                                Possible side effects include cutaneous allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, headaches, and flushing.
 
                                                No special precautions are required for the use of this drug.
 
                                                Pregnancy: No teratogenic effects have been observed in human studies. However, it is recommended not to use the drug during the first three months of pregnancy.
Lactation: Due to the lack of data on drug excretion in breast milk, breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment.
 
                                                Sangril® is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components.
 
                                                No interactions have been reported when co-administered with other medications.
 
                                                Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place. Protect from light.
