The production building has three levels with the facilities segregated to comply to the GMP requirements and more particularly to ensure separation of HVAC zones.
Energy deck
The top floor is termed as the energy deck and accommodates facilities including purified water plant, hot water generation plant, Air Handling Units (AHU) and dehumidifiers.
Service void
The first floor is the service void through which the pipes and ducts have proceeded from the energy deck to the production area in the ground floor. The service void is built with walk-on floor and has a height of 2.5 meter to allow smooth movement of maintenance personal without interfering production works.
Production area
The production area is located in the ground floor and is seviced with utilities from the energy deck through sevice void.
